We’re only farmers. You know what I mean. There are no offices, positions, degrees, titles, promotions. No popularity, authority, or dignity. But for me, it’s an extremely high position to find the glories of farming. There is a tremendous amount about the bitter life. There’s an awful lot that goes on out here, a real blessing, and a privilege, with riches untold, that says so much to me.

We are mobilizing our farm and making food happen. Although there is no real vested interest as of yet, we have in our midst a legitimate business to harvest and deliver. We had a successful visit with several chefs and Indian agricultural mecca,”chief executive food hagler”, Farah Masani. Chef Jonathan got to harvest some herbs and served it up on our fava bean falafels at Barcelona in Inman Park later that night for dinner, and Chef Andrea ate chive blossoms for the first time!
