Here we grow again! In January 2020, Urban Community Life was gifted with an incredible 95 acres of raw land located in Mentone, Alabama. We hit the ground planting!! 100 blueberry plants, 160 blackberry plants, 30 raspberry plants, 208 trees, 600 strawberry plants, 590 flower bulbs, 480 tiger lilies, and the list goes on. We mean for this little sanctuary to irradiate light! Now we have our greatest opportunity for infrastructure and we need your help. Our contractor friend has agreed to teach us how to build our 2500 square foot bunkhouse. This bunkhouse will enable us to accommodate over 25 overnight participants, afford room for education, health classes, and provide a small apartment for one of our team families. This is a great opportunity for us since it will reduce the cost of new construction by 60%. It will still require some heavy lifting, financially, but we believe God will abundantly bless!
