Our impact is in people and produce. For the past four seasons we have seen a significant influence on the lives of urban youth and their families.  This has been a collaborative effort, started by parents who desired to see their young men become builders of community. These parents define the significance of UCLife, while our participants designate the value of UCLife. Each year they re-apply, referring their families, friends, and neighbors. We attempt to saturate our program in Jesus, through the power of prayer. It has proven to be the only way in which these young men can be prepared to accept leadership roles in their communities. Because of parent requests we see the necessity for a broader vision, one which includes an academic year farm/study program. On the business side of things we have relationships with upscale Atlanta restaurants that are completely behind the vision of UCLife and have experienced the high quality of produce our farming methods supply. Our ability to grow the most nutrient dense and flavorful produce has garnered a spot on top Atlanta chef’s tables. These chefs not only believe in UCLife but they also know that the quality of our produce is also the quality of our purpose; they continue to seek our product year after year.
