This last weekend of April, we engaged with a couple of our young campers, Deyanciss and Quan.

From Atlanta to Alabama, our long weekend began with a full day of catch-up talk and travel and good-for-you grocery shopping along the way.

An optional planting day of one hundred blueberry bushes into previously prepared holes, sprayed with bacteria rich compost tea was completed on Friday.

A Sabbath rest involving much needed sleep, getting caught in a hail storm and being stopped by police for illegally blocking the road with our parked car.

Our refreshing weekend ended with a short hike down DeSoto Falls, Alabama, on Sunday.
