As we began our summer program this year we were impressed that this wonderful place we are stewarding is just for a season. Although very surprised by this revelation we have tried to keep our faith strong in the belief that God was not caught unawares and that He is leading and directing our ministry. With a move out date quickly approaching, and no current prospects for a new property or place to go, we would like to ask for dedicated prayer on our behalf.

I believe in God’s providence, that He has a place for our ministry, and that He wants to provide that place in a certain manner.

Perhaps you, or someone you know, has property that God would like to use for kingdom purposes. Property that UCLife can steward and turn into a value producing, nutritional powerhouse. Our design team would love to create an oasis of health for you and your family.

Perhaps you own property that has been sitting unused, reserved by God for just this opportunity, and could be put into His work? A work that will bring rich reward in the building up of His kingdom. You can fulfill His calling and bring meaning and purpose to land that He has blessed you with. This property we would use to stabilize UCLife, grow our academic year program, create a haven for health recovery, and maximize for the work of God. Along this same line you can donate land, or resources to purchase land, so that UCLife can continue the vision God has given to reach & teach young people to be servants for their communities.

Another way in which you can support the vital work we do in community building is by introducing us to multi-housing owners and managers. Connecting us with apartment complexes that would be interested in Urban Community Life’s resident retention services is an important way of supporting our work. This program is a powerful tool by which to attract and retain clients for the multi-housing industry. Through our resident team program we can connect your community with intention, purpose, and opportunities for greater engagement. We currently have three teams available for this unique community building experience.

If you have a house or apartment available we would be interested in speaking with you also. As we begin this search for a home for our ministry, having a place to lay our heads would be greatly appreciated.

I pray that our eyes will be opened to see where God has placed relational opportunities in our lives. Each of us can be connectors of community that further His mission. As the director of Urban Community Life I am always looking for ways and opportunities to engage the world around us. Every opportunity God gives us is an opportunity to experience His presence and to more fully connect with each other. We will move forward in the promise of Joshua 1:9 & 13 “This is my command-be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go….The Lord your God is giving you a place of rest.”
